Gildan Activewear faces lawsuit if annual meeting delayed, obstructed
Browning West has filed a lawsuit against Canadian apparel manufacturer Gildan Activewear to preserve its shareholder rights ahead of the annual meeting that is scheduled to take place on 28 May.
