Under Dennis Lau's leadership, Rudholm said it is all set to strengthen its global footprint, further solidifying its commitment to providing high-quality solutions across its vast network.

Rudholm explained that Lau had successfully launched the Group's US business in 2016 and driven continuous growth across the company’s international production hubs, particularly in Asia and the US, where the group operates two state-of-the-art facilities producing polymailers, polybags, care labels, and variable data solutions such as RFID and barcode stickers.

Additionally, Rudholm recently launched an update of ShareLabel, an intuitive software platform developed by Rudholm Technology in Sweden. This platform supports the Digital Product Passport (DPP) initiative, soon to become a mandatory requirement for apparel and footwear in the European market.

The company pointed out that DPP is also gaining traction in the US market where it's being promoted by the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA).

Lau believes that Rudholm is "extremely far ahead" of its competition when it comes to the DPP.

He stated: "Rudholm not only offers the DPP enabling software but also has vertically integrated global production hubs for the labels (carriers of the QR Code) themselves, supported by our Variable Data Cloud software that stores and enables the specific product data needed for a true Digital Product Passport."

Rudholm said the group remains committed to leading the industry in innovation, sustainability, and technology-driven solutions.

In July, PicoNext, an end-to-end platform for brands to engage with customers using Digital Product Passports, launched an AI Assistant to help companies more efficiently gather and organise DPP product data.
