OTB Group said the Calzaturificio Stephen transaction will allow it to realise its long-term strategy of continuing to build “high-profile know-how and production capacity with Made in Italy companies in strategic product categories.”
Founded in 1967 by Francesco Bertollo, Calzaturificio Stephen specialises in luxury women and men's footwear and has been a supplier to the OTB group for over 20 years. The company is currently managed by the second-generation of the founding family, the siblings Stefano, Antonella and Valeria Bertollo.
OTB will provide Calzaturificio Stephen with access to its resources aimed at supporting the company’s further development and evolution in areas of technology, innovation and sustainability.
