Authentic described the new partnership with ULAC as a significant milestone in Ted Baker's journey and highlighted it will provide a digital destination for its loyal consumers following the brand's insolvency earlier this year.
Authentic believes Ted Baker’s return online will solidify its commitment to delivering exceptional fashion and style to its global audience.
It shared: "This fall consumers can expect an exciting and refreshed online shopping experience, with an array of new collections and timeless pieces that embody Ted Baker’s signature British charm."
Authentic also pointed out the addition of ULAC's role to include Ted Baker UK and Europe "promises to deliver a unified and enhanced shopping experience that reflects the brand’s unique blend of British heritage, contemporary style and enduring appeal".
Last month (August) Authentic announced that ULAC alongside BCI Brands and Peerless Clothing would be its three foundational licensing partners in the US and Canada.
The original partnership announcement explained that ULAC would take on Ted Baker's wholesale, concession shops and e-commerce operations in the US and Canada as well as its men's sportswear, golf apparel and denim.
