Mobile-first fashion brand In The Style continues to expand senior management team with the appointment of River Island e-commerce merchandising manager James Malysz as its new head of buying and merchandising.

Malysz, who has worked for several UK brands including JD Williams and JD Sports, has also held merchandising roles at AllSaints and N Brown Group.

In addition, In The Style has also named Jonathan Cleaver as chief technology officer.

Over the past twelve months, the company has worked to strengthen its senior management team, growing its head office headcount from 53 to 74.

Founder Adam Frisby said the latest appointments will help support the “fantastic growth” In The Style has been experiencing.

They follow the recruitment of Paul Masters (COO) and Dane Stanley (CMO) in September 2017, following an investment from mid-market private equity firm Livingbridge, in May 2017.
