Fabletics, the clothing line co-founded by actress Kate Hudson, has suspended operations at a factory in Lesotho following allegations of sexual and physical abuse.
The activewear brand posted an update on Twitter where it confirmed it has halted operations at Hippo Knitting.
The allegations were reported by TIME with 38 workers saying “abuse and harassment are taking place” at the factory.
Hippo Knitting could not be reached for comment.
In a Twitter post on Fabletics’ official page, the brands said the allegations were “horrifying.”

It has suspended all operations at the site and is running a “comprehensive investigation” in collaboration with an independent investigator.
“Fabletics’ commitment to the people of this region remains resolute and we’re paying these workers their full wages while we investigate,” the statement added.
