Software provider CGS has announced it is to acquire the business of fashion software provider Visual Next.
The acquisition, the terms of which were not disclosed, will further the complementary strengths of Visual Next and CGS’s BlueCherry software solution, CGS said in a statement today (21 May).
Founded more than 20 years ago, Visual Next provides end-to-end software to apparel, footwear, uniform, and fashion accessory companies.
The combined organisation will expand the geographical market, while also benefitting customers with improved customer support and increased investment in the product platform.
