eBay’s Tadd will be joined by Reskinned’s co-founder Matt Hanrahan and Certilogo’s Jad Radolec at the summit to discuss the topic: ‘Driving brand success through recommerce: Innovative streams to unlock value in resale’.
The event will take place at the Cambridge Union Society, Cambridge, UK. The venue is said to be the oldest continually running debate society in the world, from 18-19 September 2024.
Toni Clifford, event manager at the European Outdoor Group, comments: “We promised to bring wider business insights to this year’s European Outdoor Summit, on topics that are really relevant and resonate with the outdoor sector. The recommerce session with eBay, Reskinned and Certilogo will do exactly that, and we’re really excited to hear from Jemma, Matt and Jan.
“The full programme is packed with great and varied content, with a mix of some great speakers from within our sector and experts from University of Cambridge Judge Business School. The summit is shaping up very well and we look forward to welcoming delegates from all over Europe for two thought provoking and rewarding days in a beautiful location.”
The European Outdoor Summit has been sponsored by outdoor brand Gore-Tex since it began in 2014. Other sponsors this year include YKK, Bleckmann, EXPED and Outdooractive.
In 2022, figures from the European Outdoor Group suggested the public’s increased appetite for getting out into nature has led to strong growth, topping EUR6bn for the first time.
