Within just six months of collaborating with Scayle, Deichmann says it has successfully relaunched its first country shops in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Deichmann explains the digital transformation project will progressively extend to other countries, brands, and its brick-and-mortar stores.
Tobias Ring, director of growth at Scayle, confirmed: “We were particularly impressed by the willingness and expertise of the Deichmann teams to build interdisciplinary teams at high speed and quality and to drive the transformation forward. A relaunch within six months would not have been possible without this outstanding collaboration.”
Deichmann’s 41 online shops, including the Ochsner Sport and Snipes brands, are being migrated to Scayle’s commerce technology as part of the transformation project.
The retailer says the rapid implementation has allowed the Czech Republic and Slovakia to be the first to experience the benefits of its new enterprise shop system.
Scayle has an innovation hub consisting of omnichannel experts that have created new functionalities in collaboration with Deichmann to cater to its network of physical stores and omnichannel requirements.

Deichmann transitioned to Scayle’s commerce solution last autumn.
Scayle will work alongside Deichmann’s brand teams to develop and establish a unified back end for the entire group.
Deichmann and Scayle hope to achieve internationalisation with localised user experiences, loyalty programmes, omnichannel applications, and marketplace functionalities.
