Retailer Marks & Spencer is extending its Limited Collection apparel range to include boys, as well as relaunching its girls product portfolio.

The UK company used acclaimed fashion photographer Rankin to shoot the campaign for the new ranges, using a number of “uniquely talented kids” to promote the new items. The launch marks the first time that M&S has worked with Rankin on a stand-alone children’s wear campaign.

“Fashion for kids is a growing market, and due to the success of Limited Collection in women’s wear and the increased interest that boys have in fashion, we wanted to bring catwalk and street attitude to our kidswear range,” said Karl Doyle, M&S director of kidswear.

The products, aimed at children aged six to 16, are available in M&S stores and online from mid-September, priced GBP9-31 (US$14-49).
